About The Position

We are seeking an Experienced or New Graduate Staff Perfusionist to join our team of ten (10) in Fort Worth, TX. Our adults only caseload covers a wide range of cases, excluding transplants. Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Perfusion training program.
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or obtain ABCP certification within two years of joining SpecialtyCare.
• Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
• High level of ethical, intellectual, professional and personal values.
• Focused on clinical quality and delivering the absolute best results for patients.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a high stress environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven self-starter who works well independently and as a part of the OR team.

Responsibilities

• Perform perfusion services for adult cases, excluding transplants.
• Participate in on-call duties.
• Attend conferences and be active participants in state perfusion societies.
