About The Position

The Performing Operations Support Associate supports operational activities related to collateral and insurance claim proceeds. This role performs a variety of operational, reporting, and quality control tasks to ensure the accurate and timely processing of auto and mortgage insurance‑related transactions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position may support auto insurance loss processing, mortgage‑related insurance claim oversight, or quality control functions depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of experience in business and general office environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform operational support activities including research, exception handling, data entry, recordkeeping, and data maintenance
  • Review and process insurance claim proceeds where the bank is listed as lienholder or mortgagee
  • Support auto insurance workflows, including partial loss and total loss scenarios
  • Coordinate documentation with insurance carriers and customers as needed
  • Ensure correct application or endorsement of insurance funds in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform quality control reviews to validate accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Review reports, loan files, and operational documentation to promote quality execution of operational processes
  • Track, compile, and maintain reports to support service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure work is completed in line with contractual and regulatory expectations
  • Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate appropriately
