About The Position

Job Description: Assist in the development of performance test strategies and frameworks, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices; Participate in the execution of performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests, utilizing established tools and methodologies; Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and support initiatives for system optimization and enhancement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers, to integrate performance objectives into the product lifecycle; Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team; and Create technical documentation and reports, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Performance Test Engineer, IT Architect, or related occupation
  • 4 years of experience in Performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter
  • Reading and writing in C#
  • Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing stored procedures in SQL
  • Creating technical documentation and reports for software applications and solutions
  • Mentoring junior developers, architects, or product managers
  • Analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and pinpointing bottlenecks to support system operation
