Odyssey is seeking a Performance Publishing Editor to oversee the content quality of 40 to 50+ advertorials monthly across their network of publisher sites. While the creative concepts are developed by the creative department, this role is responsible for ensuring each advertorial is sharp, on-brand, and conversion-driven. This is a hands-on editorial and process-oriented position where the editor will manage writers, maintain the content pipeline, uphold quality standards, and report to the creative department. The ideal candidate is a strong editor adept at managing a high-volume process efficiently. Applicants are required to submit a 3-5 minute Loom video demonstrating their writing/editing process using a provided brief before applying.
