About The Position

Next Level Physio is seeking a Performance Physical Therapist (DPT) to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about changing athletes' lives rather than working in high-volume, routine post-operative care. The practice focuses on helping driven athletes, particularly runners and lifelong athletes over 30, continue their sports by identifying and addressing limitations through custom plans. Next Level Physio operates on a hybrid rehab-fitness model with two locations in North Jersey, emphasizing low volume, high touch, and performance-based care.

Requirements

• Licensed DPT in New Jersey
• 3+ years of outpatient experience
• Dry needling certified in NJ (or actively working toward it within a defined timeframe)
• Real interest and/or experience working with runners and lifelong athletes
• Preference for one-on-one care, 60-minute visits, and time for thinking, coaching, and programming
• Comfortable being a visible part of the local fitness/runner community
• Understanding that ethical sales involve helping people make the best decision for their long-term health
• Willingness to be on camera for educational content and social media
• Ability to work occasional Saturday mornings for events/workshops

Responsibilities

• Run 60-minute, one-on-one evaluations and follow-ups (1 client per hour, no double-booking)
• Design and progress integrated rehab + performance programs for runners and lifelong athletes
• Track objective outcomes and adjust plans based on the data
• Collaborate with a team that prioritizes results over rapid client turnover
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local community (gyms, run clubs, races, community events)
• Invite individuals who need their services for an assessment
• Be responsible for booking 1-2 new assessments per week directly from community relationships
• Lead or support workshops, run groups, and content creation to establish expertise in the community
• Achieve a tiered, revenue-based productivity bonus
