About The Position

We're a lead generation company looking for a sharp, fast-moving video editor who can turn out scroll-stopping ad creative at volume. If you live in CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects and you've been quietly stacking up AI tools in your workflow, keep reading. What you'll do: Edit short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that actually convert. You'll take raw footage, UGC, stock, and AI-generated assets and turn them into hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds. Expect high volume, fast turnarounds, and clear creative direction.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, etc.) and sharp prompting skills
  • A real eye for ad aesthetics — fonts, pacing, color, and formats that feel current, not dated
  • Instinct for what stops the scroll and keeps viewers watching
  • Motion graphics chops (text animation, subtle FX, kinetic typography)
  • Speed — you can turn around multiple variations in a day without losing quality
  • You follow directions precisely and take feedback without ego

Nice To Haves

  • Experience editing direct-response or performance ads
  • Familiarity with hook frameworks, pattern interrupts, and retention editing
