About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution and optimization of TrueContext’s inbound demand engine. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you’ll drive measurable performance across paid media, organic growth (SEO/GEO/AEO, & content), and email-launching campaigns, optimizing funnel stages, and scaling results through testing, analysis, and iteration. This role requires the candidate to be located in Ottawa, ON to collaborate in office 3 days/week.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience executing across paid media, SEO, and email marketing
  • Comfortable owning execution while contributing to strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data to inform decision-making
  • Hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO concepts
  • Experience executing email marketing and lead nurture programs
  • Ability to manage and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and channel mix to improve efficiency and results
  • Familiarity with using LLM tools to support analysis, streamline workflows, and generate insights from paid media performance, campaign results, and media-mix data

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Pardot is a strong asset

  • Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement preferred
  • Salesforce preferred
  • Microsoft CoPilot, Claude, and/or ChatGPT, with experience building workflows and using LLMs to analyze paid media performance, campaign results, and media mix on a recurring basis

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and third-party paid referral networks (e.g. Capterra, G2)
  • Manage monthly and quarterly paid media budgets
  • Continuously optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting/segmentation
  • Partner with Content and Growth Web Developer on A/B testing ad copy and landing pages
  • Track and report on paid media performance including MQLs, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve channel efficiency and lead quality
  • Own SEO/GEO/AEO strategy and execution across technical, on-page, and content driven initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and content optimization
  • Collaborate with Content to inform and support the direction of core website pages, blog and glossary content, SEO driven content optimized for search and LLM visibility
  • Partner with our Growth Web Developer on identifying and executing technical SEO improvements including internal linking, schema, and crawl optimization
  • Track performance across organic traffic, rankings, and organic lead generation
  • Build, deploy, and test email communications to our mailable base via Pardot
  • Work with Content to draft and optimize email copy aligned to funnel stage and ICP
  • Build and refine lead nurture and lifecycle email programs
  • Execute A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, and CTAs
  • Monitor email engagement and conversion impact on MQLs and pipeline
  • Track and analyze funnel performance across paid, organic, and email channels
  • Contribute to performance insights used in monthly and quarterly planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and scalability
