About The Position

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving utilization and engagement with our cutting-edge program, The Biograph Method, a pioneering diagnostic and wellness platform designed to unlock personalized insights and long-term wellness. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and measurement for all performance marketing tactics (Paid + SEO/AEO) in service of driving member growth. You will work cross functionally across product, design, engineering, and operations to drive efficient and effective campaigns, resulting in high impact on member enrollment and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and implementing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experienced in full paid media strategy for Paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, X - (Bonus if experienced in programmatic implementation)
  • Experience working closely with design teams to develop any creative asset needs for performance campaigns, taking into account Biograph brand voice
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Biograph’s paid acquisition strategy across multiple platforms
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and measurement for all paid platforms, with expertise in hands-on setup, execution, and tracking
  • Optimize campaign performance across all platforms, improving key metrics such as CAC, CTR, ROAS etc.
  • Manage budgets and pacing across campaigns
  • Reporting performance regularly, providing actionable insights, learnings, optimizations, and recommendations across the wider team
  • Develop paid media strategy to drive membership leads and ultimately scale revenue across all Biograph clinics
  • Identify and evaluate new paid media opportunities and emerging channels to target Biograph’s key target market
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, and product teams to ensure all campaigns support and roll up to brand initiatives and goals
  • Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.
