About The Position

RVO Health is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who wants to help drive our mission of health and wellbeing for everyone. Within this role, you will be responsible for driving enrollments with B2B2C acquisition marketing strategies for our Wellos product, focusing on promoting the clinical value to prospective members, healthcare providers, employer clients and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include creating strategy, messaging, collateral, and campaigns, analyzing campaign results, conducting market research, supporting sales, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance. The role requires a blend of data proficiency, clinical understanding and marketing expertise to drive product adoption, engagement, and business growth. Within this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing acquisition campaigns in payer and partner channels, primarily through email. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Operations to pull together a compelling and data-driven plan, owning results and projections for marketing-driven enrollments.You’ll also work closely with the broader marketing and product teams to identify white space for revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing in a clinical business, hospital, healthcare network, or other clinical setting, as well as familiarity with best practices, rules and regulations for clinical marketing, with success in driving new patients or adoption to clinical approaches. This person will direct innovative acquisition strategies by telling our story in a compelling way that drives new clinical program enrollments. They will have a passion for member experience, and a unique knack for testing new approaches to reach new members in a competitive market. They will be creative, with a keen eye for detail, process and analytics to translate data-driven insights into tangible marketing strategies for the clinical sector.

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, specifically must have experience in a clinical marketing business
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, as the accountable enrollment strategy owner
  • Expertise with top of and mid funnel marketing in traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization for cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, product, clinical, and legal teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Strong experience in data/analytics, ie Microsoft Excel, Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics and leveraging data for testing and segmentation:

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive product-specific marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement through strategic briefs, presentations, and plans for end-to-end campaign execution, readout, and collaboration with partners.
  • Campaign Management: Own multi-channel, top and mid-funnel enrollment-driving marketing campaigns while maintaining brand standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the approval process for all marketing materials.
  • Budget Management and Projection: Own and share campaign results, aligning pacing and actuals to projections, tracking opportunities and misses to ensure business alignment and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence creative, research, analysis, and project management teams to ensure the campaign vision aligns with the strategic approach.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across RVO Health, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare to align on member marketing strategy, goals, materials and audience approaches.
  • Email Campaign Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in email campaign testing, learning, and robust analysis skills.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling clinical and technical messaging to emphasize product value and establish differentiation from competitors.
  • Content Development: Create diverse marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, websites, presentations, and digital content tailored for top and mid-funnel audiences.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data, insights and tools to research, develop, execute, measure and report on campaign performance, applying key learnings to inform future planning
