As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, testing, and scaling emerging paid media channels that can accelerate Whatnot’s growth. You’ll execute campaign experiments, analyze results, and build frameworks that enable Whatnot to expand beyond established platforms. You’ll report to the Head of Performance Marketing and collaborate closely with channel leads, creative, data, and finance to validate and grow new sources of efficient demand. This role is ideal for someone who’s deeply hands-on, data-driven, and excited by the challenge of launching new performance programs from scratch. We’re remote-first, but this role requires being within commuting distance of one of our office hubs: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City.
