About The Position

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a passion for paid search and shopping to join our growing team. You will bring best-in-class strategic and executional knowledge of paid search and shopping channels to contribute to the growth of Zenni. You will directly manage paid search, shopping and video campaigns, making daily optimizations and guiding strategy for owned campaigns. You will work on an in-house team alongside Paid Social, Paid Search / Shopping and Display, Video experts to drive revenue growth for Zenni.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid search/shopping experience working primarily with eComm brands
  • Proven track record of driving company growth through paid search
  • Experience managing 1MM+ monthly paid media budgets
  • Experience with end-to-end account management including but not limited to: campaign building, keyword selection, feed optimization, ad copy and creative testing, analysis, optimization and reporting
  • Experience working with competitor monitoring tools
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in excel, Google Ads editor, Bing Ads Editor. Experience with SA360 preferred but not required
  • Agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with search team leadership to develop, executive and optimize campaigns within Google Ads and Bing Ads (tactics include but not limited to Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Youtube, DemandGen)
  • Day-to-day optimization, analysis and support of Search team owned channels
  • Monitor and analyze trends of core KPIs, with primary focus on spend, ROAS (return on ad spend), revenue, and new customer acquisition cost (CAC), as well as secondary KPIs including impressions, clicks, CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), and CVR (conversion rate)
  • Monitor competitor activities utilizing third-party tools
  • Report on and communicate performance results to internal stakeholders
  • KPI forecasting
  • Budget forecasting
  • Collaborate with other media team members to ensure alignment of brand messaging, align creative and copy testing and business priorities
