Performance Marketing Manager, Display & CTV

Novig
$100,000 - $130,000Onsite

About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to help shape Novig's Display & CTV acquisition strategy from an early stage. As our Performance Marketing Manager, Display & CTV, you'll build campaigns your own way, test ideas without a rigid playbook, and own the systems that determine how well we scale: tracking, signal quality, and experimentation. As we continue to innovate how users trade sports, you'll be the one pulling the growth levers that bring new sports fans into the product.

Requirements

  • Platform-Native Operator: Comfortable hands-on-keyboard within Display and CTV ad platforms.
  • Execution Over Theory: Ability to build, launch, and scale campaigns independently.
  • Technical Ownership: Ability to own tracking end-to-end, implement and QA conversion events, configure CAPI and server-side integrations, and troubleshoot attribution or data discrepancies.
  • Signal Density Obsession: Understanding of how to improve event coverage and ensure high-quality conversion data.
  • Conversion Systems Thinker: Deep understanding of conversion optimization strategies and attribution models.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Ability to design and execute structured A/B tests.
  • Growth Through Performance: Thinking like a growth engineer, utilizing various levers to unlock scale.

Responsibilities

  • Live inside Display and CTV ad platforms, actively pulling levers, launching campaigns, reviewing MMP data, and optimizing performance in real time.
  • Build, launch, and scale campaigns yourself, moving quickly, iterating constantly, and letting performance data guide your next move.
  • Own tracking end-to-end, including implementing and QAing conversion events, configuring CAPI and server-side integrations, and troubleshooting attribution or data discrepancies without waiting on engineering.
  • Constantly think about signal quality, improving event coverage, cleaning up tracking, and ensuring platforms receive high-quality conversion data.
  • Deeply understand conversion optimization across platforms, including bidding strategies, attribution models, optimization windows, and learning phases, and know when to trust platform data and when to pressure test it.
  • Design structured A/B tests that produce real signal, not noise, iterate relentlessly, and scale what works while quickly killing what doesn’t.
  • Utilize campaign structure, creative testing velocity, event prioritization, and signal quality as levers to unlock scale.
