About The Position

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts. This is a mid-level, multi-channel execution role. You're comfortable running Meta and Google as your core channels and can support on YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn when needed. You'll work closely with Senior Performance Marketing Leads, account managers, and creative teams to drive measurable results across your accounts. You'll be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting. Agency experience is required. You've worked across multiple client accounts, you understand how to manage competing priorities, and you take ownership of campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Agency background is required — you've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Solid working knowledge of both Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience running campaigns across tech, SaaS, eCommerce, health, or similar verticals
  • Comfortable executing from strategic direction while contributing your own optimization thinking
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-directed
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube as a primary channel
  • Familiarity with CRO, landing page testing, and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience with UGC creative workflows and performance creative strategy
  • Exposure to patient acquisition, telehealth, or regulated health verticals
  • Has managed $20K–$200K+ in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts
  • Has executed creative testing processes and can brief creative teams effectively
  • Experience in telehealth, health & wellness, B2B SaaS, or DTC
  • Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking setup
  • Looking to grow into a senior role and takes ownership seriously

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads as primary channels
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience structures, and creative rotations across multiple accounts
  • Execute campaign structures aligned to funnel stages and client objectives
  • Run Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), Google (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), and support on LinkedIn and TikTok where relevant
  • Adapt execution to each channel's strengths and each client's funnel
  • Ensure tracking integrity across platforms — pixels, GA4, GTM, and conversion events
  • Execute creative testing in collaboration with designers and creative teams
  • Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively flag issues and opportunities
  • Support performance reporting with clear insights and optimization notes
  • Communicate performance drivers and learnings to account managers and senior leads
  • Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and new features
