About The Position

At Nolia Health, we’re building the clinical infrastructure to support the 63 million family caregivers in the U.S.—a population the healthcare system depends on, but has historically overlooked. We’ve already built a strong foundation in paid acquisition. Now we’re looking for someone to come in, take ownership, and make it significantly better. This is a role for a hands-on operator who wants to work close to revenue, own outcomes, and see the direct impact of their work on growth. The immediate goal is simple: More qualified consults. Higher conversion to billable care. Better efficiency across the funnel. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be in the platforms, in the data, and in the experiments every day.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in performance marketing or growth roles
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • A track record of improving conversion rates and CAC efficiency
  • Strong analytical instincts—you know how to turn data into action
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Focus on real outcomes (not just leads, but revenue and conversion quality)
  • Use the latest and greatest technology and tools to experiment quickly
  • Move quickly and iterate often—you don’t wait for perfect information
  • Both creative and analytical (you can write copy and read a funnel)
  • Take ownership—you see problems and fix them
  • Care about building systems that scale, not just short-term wins

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Healthcare, caregiving, Medicare, or other trust-sensitive categories
  • Experience with Referral marketing or partnership-driven growth
  • Experience with Tools like Webflow, HubSpot, PostHog, Customer.io, or similar
  • Experience with Content marketing, SEO, or thought leadership amplification

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid acquisition
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Drive improvements in Cost per consult
  • Drive improvements in Consult-to-booking rate
  • Drive improvements in Cost per billable session
  • Create new ads (basic design skills)
  • Test new Creative angles
  • Test new Messaging
  • Test new Audiences
  • Test new Offers and conversion paths
  • Make clear, data-driven recommendations on budget allocation and scaling
  • Improve conversion across the funnel
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and scheduling flows
  • Identify drop-off points from Ad click consult
  • Identify drop-off points from Consult booked session
  • Identify drop-off points from Booked billable
  • Run structured experiments across Headlines and messaging
  • Run structured experiments across Page layouts and UX
  • Run structured experiments across CTAs and form design
  • Build a more predictable, testable acquisition system
  • Help identify and develop referral and partnership channels
  • Support outbound efforts with messaging and lightweight campaigns
  • Contribute to content and SEO initiatives tied to caregiver intent
  • Reinforce campaign themes across organic and social channels
