Crealytics is an award-winning full-funnel digital marketing agency with over 15 years of experience crafting omnichannel media strategies for leading B2C and B2B businesses. Our expertise in driving profitable online and offline sales is informed by the reality of a privacy-first digital landscape. We focus on helping our clients efficiently allocate budget across their channels and campaign mix while driving operational excellence to unlock incremental revenue growth. Our agency team drives revenue for over 100 well-known brands, including Foot Locker, Diesel, New Look, Revolve and Urban Outfitters. With a diverse, inclusive team of 100+ international employees, we operate remotely and from offices in New York, Berlin and Mumbai. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate in the US for a full-time position in a remote setting or out of the New York office.

Requirements

  • Data-driven, analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and confidently present recommendations.
  • Some experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including basic campaign optimization.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable strategies.
  • A team player who can support multiple projects and contribute to an inclusive, “all-in” culture.
  • Clear and effective communicator across in-person, virtual, and written interactions.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, challenges the status quo, and advocates for clients.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and secondary search engines.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor key KPIs and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings through dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their paid media strategies align with business objectives.
  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities.
