Perfomance Marketer (Remote, U.S.)

FusionAuthDenver, CO
$80,000 - $115,000Remote

About The Position

FusionAuth is seeking a Performance Marketer to lead and expand the channels that fuel its demand generation efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to company growth from the ground up. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this full-time, US-based position is open to candidates across the United States, though most staff are in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing spending across search, social, and display channels. This includes all aspects of paid media, webinar operations, newsletter partnerships, review site management, and marketing project oversight. The company is looking for a hands-on professional with a broad background in B2B SaaS demand generation to help create and refine pipeline and attribution processes in a rapidly growing environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale — personally running the accounts, not supervising an agency
  • 3–6 years related performance marketing experience; prior B2B SaaS demand generation experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • A track record of driving MQLs and pipeline through paid channels with measurable CPA and ROAS targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ad copywriting, campaign briefs, vendor emails, and internal updates
  • Exceptional project management and planning discipline — you track your own work without being reminded, update statuses, set due dates, and close what you finish
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership over campaigns and deliverables
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio or equivalent BI tool
  • High level of integrity and analytical rigor — you make decisions from data, not gut feel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers (DevTools, security, infrastructure, API/platform products)
  • Reddit and/or Twitter/X advertising experience, especially with CAPI, account list targeting, or developer audience segments
  • Webinar operations experience: Goldcast, ON24, or similar platforms
  • Content syndication vendor management (NetLine, TechTarget, Demand.com, or similar)
  • Experience with review platforms (G2, TrustRadius, Capterra) including review generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with ABM tooling (Demandbase, 6sense, or similar) and intent data
  • Webflow or basic HTML/CSS for landing page edits

Responsibilities

  • Own the full Google Ads account: Search, Display, DSA, RLSA, and Performance Max campaigns — drive CPA toward target while scaling conversion volume; optimize keyword strategies, bidding, and audience segmentation
  • Own paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X, and programmatic display; build and execute mid-funnel campaigns including ABM lists, intent-based targeting, and retargeting
  • Own conversion tracking end-to-end across all paid channels: GA4 → Salesforce pipeline attribution; rebuild CAPI and retargeting infrastructure where broken
  • Manage content syndication partners and vendor relationships: own the rubric, asset mix, budget allocation, performance QA, and lead delivery into Salesforce; evaluate new partners and negotiate renewals
  • Own the full webinar lifecycle with Operations support: topic sourcing, speaker coordination, webinar platform configuration, Marketo invite/reminder sequences, promotion, and post-event nurture — 3+ webinars per quarter with agreed MQL targets
  • Manage newsletter sponsorship roster; maintain performance data, renewal dates, and cost-per-lead; drive form fills and MQLs from placements; optimize creative and targeting
  • Maintain FusionAuth's presence on our key review sites; drive quarterly review generation campaigns; run A/B tests on badge placement across landing pages
  • Co-manage the marketing project management workspace: issue hygiene, status updates, stale-issue cleanup, and weekly project health updates to the Director; flag blockers and resource gaps proactively
  • Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards with Operations support; own end-to-end funnel reporting from ad platform → Salesforce pipeline → closed-won attribution; deliver weekly/monthly channel performance reports
  • Own Marketo email database health: list hygiene, suppression management, deliverability monitoring, nurture track execution, re-engagement sequences, and transactional email QA

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with the company covering the majority of your medical premiums to keep your costs low
  • Fully employer-paid High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA), including employer contributions
