About The Position

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking an analytically rigorous, operationally minded Manager of Performance Insights & Clinic Enablement to help translate enterprise performance insights into practical tools, routines, and actions that improve results across a multi-site behavioral healthcare platform. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving capability, operational and commercial acumen, field enablement and change-management skills, process design and project management capability, clear communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment. This manager will report into the Transformation Office and partner closely with Growth, Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Contact Center, and Treatment Center leadership teams to support measurable improvements in patient inflows, admissions, conversion, retention, workforce productivity, payer economics, and overall census growth. The role requires someone who can move beyond dashboards and reporting to equip leaders with clear priorities, practical tools, and repeatable operating routines that strengthen execution while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence.
