Partnering with nursing, providers, administration, and all caregivers, the Performance Improvement Project Manager leads and facilitates systems improvement and change management processes, assures appropriate monitoring structures for quality initiatives and action plans are in place, reassess quality initiatives and action plans as needed, and works continuously to guarantee successful implementation and long term adoption for initiatives and action plans. In addition, the Manager will facilitate, coach and advise others regarding process and systems improvement in alignment with the SWSA process improvement team. The position requires an experienced leader who can readily assimilate new technologies and ideas, manage learning and change, and create a vision for a high performance, team-based organization.
