To ensure quality services are being provided to the children and families served throughout Cornerstones of Care. The person in this position has advanced skills to assess program data to ensure the outcome and process requirements of the contracts, accreditation, and licensure bodies are met. The Manager of Performance Improvement will work with program staff of all levels to coordinate program-specific and organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. The person in this role will demonstrate outstanding collaboration with leaders, fostering productive and supportive working relationships with internal and external partners. The Manager of Performance Improvement is a strong analytic thinker and problem solver; must be able to analyze the data received to report progress, and performance trends, and work collaboratively to develop improvement plans when needed to ensure best practice.
