This position is responsible for collaborating with PHO Physician offices in the collection, evaluation, and reporting of quality data for various measures such as HEDIS, CMS physician quality, and utilization measures. The role may involve working with outside organizations for data collection and reporting, developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and preparing performance and trend reports. The specialist will also assist in distributing information to PHO members and partners, collaborate with the credentialing office, and provide routine clerical support. Additionally, the role requires attending monthly evening meetings, updating OIG lists, uploading meeting materials to Google Drive, and updating provider information for patient satisfaction surveys. The position reports directly to the PHO Director and involves responding to inquiries, maintaining good communication with physicians and staff, handling mail and deliveries, working with accounting personnel for payments, and ordering office supplies while adhering to budget constraints. Flexibility, prioritization, and general administrative support to the PHO Director and President are also key aspects of this role.
