The Performance Improvement Coordinator RN provides consultation, facilitation, and data support to performance improvement teams to drive improvement in quality priorities and metrics. This role leads and facilitates performance improvement teams with process owners, offering guidance and support to team members, leaders, and providers. The coordinator assists teams with literature searches, data collection, statistical analysis, and benchmarking. They also help develop, implement, and evaluate action plans for cost-effective, high-quality care, and create interpretive performance improvement reports for committees and leadership. Additionally, this position designs and implements clinical studies to improve patient care and outcomes, participates in monitoring for regulatory compliance and ISO 9001, and supports physician and advanced practice clinician peer review efforts.
