About The Position

Acts as a steward of operational improvement and project initiatives. Identifies opportunities and leads, manages and executes initiatives from conception through completion. Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques, using appropriate techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years experience leading and executing projects using traditional methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma)

• Master's Degree
• General Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
• General understanding and application of Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management techniques
• Lean Six Sigma
