About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to independently lead and execute complex end-to-end performance testing engagements across large-scale enterprise programs. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in performance engineering, monitoring, analysis, and cloud-based application performance validation.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of hands-on experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Testing.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner and NeoLoad; working knowledge of JMeter.
• Proven experience owning performance test initiatives from strategy and scripting through execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience designing performance test approaches for bulk-processing workloads, including EDI transactions, batch processing, and file-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS CloudWatch, including monitoring and analysis of Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and/or Splunk for performance analysis, troubleshooting, and custom dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of SQL performance tuning and identification of long-running queries across PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Experience developing utilities for test data generation, file simulation, and performance test support.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and deliver results across multiple teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using AI-assisted tools within performance testing workflows.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
• Exposure to DB2.
• Performance testing experience with MuleSoft, Workato, Kafka, or Pega platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing efforts, including planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Analyze application, database, and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor system behavior using AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, and other observability tools.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to resolve performance issues.
• Build and maintain performance testing frameworks, test data, and supporting utilities.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous performance validation.
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reports tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
