About The Position

This internship offers a unique opportunity to launch an HR career by diving into global talent strategy. The intern will learn how a multinational organization aligns, evaluates, and grows its workforce while developing marketable HR operations skills. The role is embedded within a People Experience Center of Excellence, providing exposure to the execution of global talent management and performance programs. The intern will actively contribute to shaping how the global workforce collaborates, grows, and succeeds by empowering stakeholders and optimizing the tools they use.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundational project management skills with the ability to track timelines and organize deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn the operational intricacies of corporate talent management.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or familiarity using HRIS tools or talent management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the logistics, rollout, and execution of the bi-annual global performance review process (GPS Sync).
  • Train and enable global stakeholder groups on how to effectively navigate and leverage HRIS tools.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships with People Systems, Communications, and Business Partners for seamless program delivery.
  • Update, maintain, and streamline internal resource frameworks and process documentation to keep talent frameworks accessible.
