About The Position

TUSHY is looking for a Performance Content Producer to own the concepting, editing, and delivery of paid ad creative at volume. This is a contractor role, 40 hours a week, built for someone who lives at the intersection of creative instinct and performance thinking. You’ll be producing a number of ads per week — not just editing, but helping shape what we make and why. You’ll receive raw footage from our internal and external shoots and turn it into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving creative across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll work directly with our growth and creative teams, with dual oversight from the Growth Lead and Creative Director. This role is open to onshore and offshore candidates. Consistent overlap with Eastern Time hours is required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years editing and producing performance creative for DTC or consumer brands
  • Portfolio of paid social ads — Meta, TikTok, YouTube — with demonstrated performance results
  • Proven ability to sustain high weekly output without sacrificing quality or creative thinking
  • Experience using Motion or similar creative analytics tools to inform production decisions
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Equal parts concepting and execution — you bring ideas and you build them
  • Works fast, communicates clearly, takes feedback and moves

Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver a required number of performance ads per week across paid social platforms
  • Work in Motion to track creative performance and bring data-informed insights into weekly creative decisions
  • Transform raw footage — UGC, studio, lifestyle, product — into high-converting ad creative.
  • Design with platform native sizes in mind (4x5 and 9x16), keeping in mind safety zones and inclusive of motion graphics
  • Bring hook ideas, angle concepts, and creative strategy to the table, not just execution
  • Stage ads in Meta Ads Manager as needed
  • Collaborate weekly with the growth and creative teams to align on priorities, iterate on feedback, and plan the week’s output
  • Maintain TUSHY’s visual identity and brand voice across every deliverable
  • Stay current on DTC creative trends, platform formats, and what’s actually converting
