Leads projects related to diagnostics and needs assessments, curation, design and development and may sometimes include facilitation of learning solution. Leads projects using proven management techniques, by developing and managing project plans that are created in partnership with key stakeholders. Leads global internal (Learning Support Team) and external vendor project team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with stakeholder expectations. Curates learning solutions to move leadership development and culture forward and helps establish effectiveness metrics for each solution. Tracks, manages and communicates metrics associated with key activities, curriculums, functional colleges, internal certification programs as well as individual training projects. Participates in, and contributes to external benchmarking as well as best practice sharing. Coordinate deployment and any communication associated with learning solution program with Learning & Culture Ops Team.
