About The Position

Leads projects related to diagnostics and needs assessments, curation, design and development and may sometimes include facilitation of learning solution. Leads projects using proven management techniques, by developing and managing project plans that are created in partnership with key stakeholders. Leads global internal (Learning Support Team) and external vendor project team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with stakeholder expectations. Curates learning solutions to move leadership development and culture forward and helps establish effectiveness metrics for each solution. Tracks, manages and communicates metrics associated with key activities, curriculums, functional colleges, internal certification programs as well as individual training projects. Participates in, and contributes to external benchmarking as well as best practice sharing. Coordinate deployment and any communication associated with learning solution program with Learning & Culture Ops Team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business or relevant degree from accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or Business
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
  • Instructional design and adult learning theory skills.
  • Familiarity with processes related to skill identification and skill gap analysis.
  • Experience with digital transformations and technical upskilling.
  • Experience with performance analysis tools and techniques (e.g., needs analysis, root cause analysis, flow charting/ process mapping, job roles and responsibilities mapping, developing performance measures, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present and utilize metrics.
  • Communication skills, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, problem solving, and leading through ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree, preferably in field related to learning technology
  • 7+ years of experience in HR or Business preferred
  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment, leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
  • Familiarity with evidence-based instructional and design research, design thinking for innovation, AI & Digital Learning Innovation.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with program management tools, content management systems, learning management systems, translation processes, content authoring and instructional design tools.
