Job Duties: This position reports to the Senior Director of Learning and Performance. The Director of Learning & Performance will research, design, develop, implement, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate learning, performance, and development programs in accordance with California State and County contractual requirements, including meeting Crestwood’s values, mission, policies, and practices. Will work closely with staff and management to identify, assess, and address the training needs of all Crestwood employees, interns, volunteers, and customers. Will strive to identify, develop, and deliver the best learning interventions which may include classroom, online, blended, and/or on-the-job learning strategies. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. It’s About Growth! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, behavioral health, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 3 years of applicable experience may be substituted.
  • 80% travel.
  • 3 years of work experience in the behavioral health field; a personal lived recovery experience with mental illness and/or addiction.
  • 4 years of experience as a staff educator/trainer in the healthcare field.
  • 2 years of compliance and tracking of program goals.
  • Training in adult learning principles and adult retention rates from an industry recognized provider.
  • Competence to design, develop, and deliver efficient and learning-centered interventions that result in improved performance in the workplace.
  • Within one (1) year the incumbent will demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of current techniques of behavioral assessments, interventions, and response, as well as Initiatives (DBT, WRAP, Trauma Informed Care, etc.).
