We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the Firm's Performance & Advancement team and assist with the coordination of performance management and advancement processes for attorneys and consulting professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with demonstrated success providing administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Reporting to the Director of Performance Management, this role will assist with the administration of performance management systems and processes, reporting and documentation, meeting coordination, and other activities that support the Firm's performance and advancement objectives.
