About The Position

Support and improve program operations, data capture, customer flow and report writing and generating capabilities. Oversee all quality assurance procedures and performance numbers related to invoicing and prescribed performance goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related area preferred
  • Data analysis experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage compliance, data, and reporting
  • Must have solid time management, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, and provide accuracy with deadline-sensitive objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus

  • WIOA and/or TANF program experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for regular and high-quality performance tracking
  • Enter data into the system(s) of record as required
  • Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective
  • Regularly analyze data in a timely manner to support operations and performance reporting
  • Review current policies and regulations to ensure program quality standards are met
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, annual audits, monitoring, and reporting
  • Ensure integrity of participant electronic and paper files
  • Evaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Respond timely to requests from the contracting agency for program data
  • Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Managers and EDSI administrative staff
  • Ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current, accurate and timely
  • Retrieve and organize critical operations reports
  • Present data and report to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables, and other such methods
  • Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts
  • Based on analysis, determine where improvements can be made to program operations
  • Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System
  • Provide research and support for critical team decisions
  • Manage ISO compliance and audits
  • Track, report, and ensure compliance with procedures regarding ISO auditing
