About The Position
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) is seeking a full-time, entry-level Performance Analyst to join the Fiduciary Consulting Group (FCG) in Greenwood Village, Colorado. FCG is the Institutional RIA business within Morgan Stanley, focusing on consulting for institutional clients. This role is crucial for supporting consultants with client relationships, ongoing investment due diligence, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in a long-term career in investment consulting and finance, with a keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to think critically and work autonomously. This is a high-priority strategic initiative within Morgan Stanley aimed at increasing market share in the institutional consulting market and contributing to the firm's asset growth and participant engagement goals.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Applicants with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry, regardless of educational background, are encouraged to apply.
- 0-5 years of previous experience in a similar role within the investment or consulting industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work 40 + hours when business needs dictate.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with investment and financial analysis platforms such as Bloomberg, eVestment, and Morningstar Direct is preferred.
- Desire to progress towards the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (if it has not already been attained).
