About The Position

Under general supervision of licensed physicians and Ultrasound Supervisor, performs and/or assists in performing ultrasound examinations in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures. Sets up, adjusts, and operates Ultrasound imaging equipment. Responds to patient’s needs as required. Maintains cleanliness of equipment and general working area, stocking clinical supplies. Ensures proper operation of Ultrasound equipments. Provides guidance to medical students and residents. Provides care to patients of all ages in the form of diagnostic testing.

Requirements

• Licensed physicians and Ultrasound Supervisor supervision
• Ability to set up, adjust, and operate Ultrasound imaging equipment
• Ability to respond to patient’s needs
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of equipment and general working area, stocking clinical supplies
• Ability to ensure proper operation of Ultrasound equipments
• Ability to provide guidance to medical students and residents
• Ability to provide care to patients of all ages in the form of diagnostic testing
