About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for a pediatric Med/Surg role in Portland, Oregon. The nurse will provide direct care to infants, children, and adolescents in accordance with established protocols. Compensation is $70 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay and a $200 sign-on bonus. Available schedules are 8 AM–2 PM, 7 AM–7:30 PM, and 7 PM–7:30 AM. Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week; assignments under 30 hours per week are not benefit-eligible.

Requirements

• Oregon State RN License
• CPR/BLS
• PALS

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents, in accordance with established protocols.
• Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform prescribed nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients’ families about treatment plans, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, comply with hospital policies, and promote patient safety and infection control.
