Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in another administrative support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing staffing needs
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff with exceptional customer service
Serve as the primary Front Desk Receptionist, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls
Provide information and assistance while maintaining a professional front desk environment
Perform administrative support duties including data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and distributing mail
Assist department leaders with general Administrative Assistant and Office Assistant responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and complete routine clerical tasks
Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and secure
Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
Maintain confidentiality and provide outstanding customer service at all times
