About The Position

This is a casual employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) position requiring 16-24 patient care hours per week, seeing patients in Capitol Hill with potential to float to nearby clinics. The role involves seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role), treating patients in-office, and conducting occasional telehealth visits. Providers will collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. The role offers utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states is also required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification.
