About The Position

As a Perinatal Sonographer, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through high-risk pregnancy care by performing advanced obstetrical ultrasound studies, biophysical profiles, Doppler studies, and other specialized fetal assessments. Working collaboratively with maternal-fetal medicine providers and the interdisciplinary care team, you will help deliver timely, compassionate, and clinically meaningful imaging that supports care planning for pregnant patients and their families. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute your specialized perinatal ultrasound expertise in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will support Perinatal Testing Centers across Main Line Health and partner with a highly skilled team focused on exceptional maternal and fetal care. Requirements

• Graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program preferred, or graduation from an accredited Allied Health program.
• Completion of one year of formal training in ultrasonography.
• Successful completion of all orientation requirements.
• Minimum of three years of sonography experience.
• Expertise required in ultrasound-guided needle sampling, prenatal diagnostic imaging, biophysical testing, and Doppler velocimetry.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer credential required.
• Abdominal and OB/GYN certification required.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of high-risk obstetrical ultrasound experience preferred.
• Fetal echocardiography experience preferred.
