This role is an "Casual Employee" (per diem, hourly clinician role) with an anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, varying by office needs. The primary location is the One Medical Ponce City Market clinic in Atlanta, GA, with openness to working in multiple One Medical clinic locations in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Georgia.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
