About The Position
Admiral Beverage is seeking a Pepsi Route Load Specialist in Great Falls, Montana. This role is crucial for ensuring that drivers have the correct loads for their routes, contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse and customer satisfaction. The position involves building perfect loads, working with a tight-knit, high-energy night team, and taking pride in stacking perfect pallets. Drivers trust the load specialists, customers are ensured they don't run out of products, and the warehouse runs efficiently due to the accurate loading process.
Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift and stack cases up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable in warehouse setting
- Reliable, positive, team-first attitude
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities
- Build safe, accurate pallets using electric pallet jacks and ride-on equipment
- Scan-pick and load driver trucks in exact route-stop order
- Rotate stock and keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Work fast, safe, and together to hit nightly goals
