About The Position
Pepsi of Kalispell is seeking a Retail Beverage Merchandiser to stock their wide-ranging product portfolio in many stores in the Flathead Valley to the store and Pepsi of Kalispell standards. This role involves ensuring all product locations are stocked, building relationships with stores, and adapting to a constantly changing market. The position requires communication with various personnel, constructing displays, stocking products according to sell-by dates, and exercising attention to detail. Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Have a good driving record.
- Be reliable.
- Be a team player.
- Regularly lift 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with a hand truck or other lifting devices.
- Push/pull carts and pallets of products.
- Stock products in the store in accordance with sell by date to ensure fresh product.
- Exercise attention to detail.
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
- Be able to work 40 hours a week.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats and to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Stocking Pepsi products in stores according to sell-by date to ensure freshness.
- Walking the store upon arrival to ensure all product locations are stocked.
- Building and maintaining relationships with store personnel.
- Constructing displays with store or sales representative display guides and creative approved ideas.
- Communicating with sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other Merchandisers, and store customers.
- Adapting to a constantly changing, competitive market.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Working as a team player to achieve customer satisfaction.
