We’re looking for passionate, reliable professionals for roles such as: Delivery Driver (CDL & Non CDL), CDL A Delivery Drivers, Delivery & Logistics Champion, Customer Service & Merchandising Pro, and Physical & Technical Expert.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL (No restrictions)
Ability to drive a manual transmission tractor
A clean MVR and commitment to safe driving
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly
Customer-service driven, organized, accurate, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must obtain a DOT medical card
Must meet company driver qualifications

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes
Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork/invoicing
Manage product accountability and settlements with precision
Be the face of our locally owned business at every stop
Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in-store promotions, and rotate products
Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied
Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks
Perform heavy lifting (60–85 lbs.) in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy
