Requirements

  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems
  • Basic experience using smartphones or mobile devices
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
  • Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750 cases per shift during peak)
  • Stand and move for 8+ hours on concrete floors
  • Perform continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds to lift or move objects with the aid of a manual lifting device.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Class A CDL Preferred
  • Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience
  • Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • CO2 Filling Operator.
  • Forklift operator certified.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
  • Load and stage products for delivery
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks)
  • Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
  • Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
  • Assist with occasional customer loading as needed
