PeopleSoft Solutions Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. The developer will own the technical implementation of business requirements, work closely with functional consultants, and ensure custom development meets enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability. The position calls for hands-on PeopleTools development expertise and an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, upgrades, and clean-customization principles. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The stated salary range is $100,000–$150,000 annually. The employer is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience; the posting also lists 6+ years of experience in the position details.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
- Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
- Exposure to Fluid UI development.
- Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations.
