We’re seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator to support and optimize our PeopleSoft FSCM environments. You’ll handle installs, configuration, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and system stability across Production and Non‑Prod. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience administering PeopleSoft application environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of PeopleSoft production support experience, with at least 3+ years supporting FSCM 9.0 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.x and PeopleTools (8.62 or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).
  • Experience applying PeopleSoft Bundles, Fixes, and PUM images.
  • Experience performing PeopleTools and Financial Application upgrades.
  • Experience administering Oracle WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle databases, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience supporting environments running Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with web technologies including Apache and IIS.
  • Knowledge of installation, security, administration, monitoring, and tuning of PeopleTools and PeopleSoft infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Finance module separation of duties and internal controls.
  • Advanced SQL and UNIX skills.
  • Experience administering PeopleSoft environments hosted in cloud infrastructure platforms. This includes experience with PeopleSoft deployments in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments.

Responsibilities

  • Environment Administration & Architecture
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.x applications and PeopleTools (8.62 and higher).
  • Maintain and support PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 environments across Oracle/Unix platforms.
  • Perform application and PeopleTools upgrades, including PUM image application, bundles, fixes, and patches.
  • Install and maintain PeopleSoft Architecture components across Development, Test, and Production environments.
  • Configure and maintain application servers, process schedulers, web servers, report servers, and file servers.
  • Install and configure core software components including PeopleTools, Oracle WebLogic, Tuxedo, and supporting utilities.
  • Support secondary integrations such as Vertex, PeopleBooks, UPK, and WebFileSys.
  • Configure and maintain Load Balancers.
  • Coordinate OS and software upgrades and system updates.
  • System Performance & Production Support
  • Monitor system performance and administer services across all PeopleSoft environments.
  • Perform configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of PeopleTools and FSCM applications.
  • Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple operating platforms (Unix, Linux, Windows).
  • Assist with debugging and tuning of batch processing schedules.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for security, architecture, performance, and integration issues escalated from the Help Desk.
  • Provide technical and production support for existing PeopleSoft applications.
  • Document lessons learned, performance tuning efforts, outages, and system changes.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Configure with Security teams roles, permission lists, and enforce proper separation of duties across Finance modules.
  • Support development security and access management controls.
  • Ensure adherence to configuration management processes and internal IT controls.
  • Uphold the Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
  • Infrastructure & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with DBA teams to define and maintain database requirements and optimization strategies as well as refreshes for non-production environments.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Network teams to define and support Unix, Linux, and Windows server requirements.
  • Review new technical implementations with Development teams to evaluate database and performance impacts.
  • Manage code migrations across environments, experience with STAT migration tool preferred.
  • Technical Skill Execution
  • Apply advanced SQL and UNIX skillsets to troubleshoot, optimize, and support system performance.
  • Maintain strong understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).
  • Support scheduling tools such as Cisco Tidal (preferred).
