As we scale for our next phase of growth, we need to move from manual processes to a high-performance "People Product." We are looking for a People Systems & Programs Manager to be the primary architect and builder of LangChain’s internal People infrastructure. In this role, you will design and implement the scalable systems that allow us to grow while maintaining our bar. You will lead the development of our global compensation frameworks, career leveling, performance cycles, and AI-native operations. This is a high-impact, "builder" role for someone who thrives on turning chaos into documented, automated, and world-class programs.
