We’re looking for a People Systems Manager to help build and run the engine that powers Robinhood’s HR and Payroll systems. This role is both strategic and highly operational, combining hands-on technical execution with people leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The right candidate is a true player-coach who enjoys being deep in the systems while also leading and developing a team. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing People systems and integrations that support Robinhood’s growth, global expansion, and evolving workforce needs. You will bring structure and scale to complex problems while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong customer mindset. You will partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, Engineering, and Legal to evolve our Workday ecosystem, improve the employee and manager experience, and help define the future roadmap for People Systems, including the thoughtful use of AI-enabled tools.
