As the Sr. People Operations Program Manager, you will own the operational foundation of our People function. This role is responsible for the day-to-day systems, processes, and programs that support the full employee lifecycle and ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency as the company scales. This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership. You will be accountable for making sure People operations run reliably across onboarding, payroll coordination, job changes, performance cycles, and offboarding. You’ll partner closely with Talent, Finance, Legal, IT, and Workplace to ensure that People processes are well-integrated, compliant, and dependable, especially as volume and complexity increase. This role is well suited for someone who brings strong operational judgment, is comfortable owning critical workflows end to end, and takes pride in building durable systems that reduce risk and friction for employees and the business.
