About The Position

Glanbia’s People Success Organization (PSO) has an exciting opportunity for a People Success Partner to provide first-line HR support to employees and managers within a designated business unit. This role ensures compliance with company policies, and champions process excellence, continuous improvement and innovation. The People Success Partner will support their assigned business area with employee relations, new hire processes, talent acquisition and talent advancement activities, leaves of absence, data and reporting, and support broader HR initiatives as applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 or more years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow); strong data management and auditing skills.
  • Ability to triage and resolve HR related issues with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and leaders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing support and guidance in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead investigations of identified complexity and partner as appropriate with HRBP and/or legal.
  • Educate employees on LOA processes at the local level, collaborating with managers and the PSO LOA Specialist to align with global processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead ADA accommodation interactive process as applicable.
  • Support the recruitment process, including guiding internal movements and monitoring new hire pre-boarding requirements such as background checks and drug screens.
  • Responsible for adjudications and adverse actions as applicable.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations and work authorizations (as applicable) to ensure a positive employee onboarding experience.
  • Identify, prioritize, and respond to HR triage requests, resolving issues efficiently using company approved tools and techniques within established timelines.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to standardize processes and supporting automation and technological advancements.
  • Ensure data accuracy by processing and maintaining employee information, including requisitions, administering position changes, and conducting data audits.
  • Support the talent calibration process for employees across assigned business areas in partnership with the HRBP.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and counseling to support HR program deployments, ensuring clear communication and adoption within the assigned regions.
