This unique role is designed to provide the incumbent with broad exposure to the inner workings of U.S. People Services, offering a well-rounded experience through active participation in HR advisory, operational efficiency, and complex problem resolution. What You Will Do In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience by contributing to four core areas of our HR operations: HR Advisory & Engagement: Act as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolving various HR-related inquiries. You’ll use a diagnostic approach to understand needs and offer clear guidance on company policies and self-service resources. Complex Case Management: Get exposure to high-level HR matters by assisting in the resolution of complex employee issues. This includes conducting research, managing sensitive information with professionalism, and ensuring intricate inquiries are handled with accuracy and empathy. Operational Excellence: Contribute to identifying and recommending process improvements. You’ll actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing daily operations, improving the employee experience, and streamlining service delivery. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders. You’ll also share insights that help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
