We’re looking for an inquisitive, data-driven, self-motivated, individual to join our HR team for the summer! Program Location Program is based at our Global Headquarters in Camden, NJ. (across the river from Philadelphia, PA) Your Opportunity Work with the People Analytics HR Team to drive analytical adoption across the function Support team with streamlining data accuracy, automation, and visualization Exposure to workforce reporting requests across multiple stakeholders Support all people analytics needs such as: report generation, requirements gathering, security validation, data gathering, quality control verification, and more Develop dashboard in visualization tool and present training on usage to broader HR community Collaborate with People Analytics Team to support with process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks Personal and professional development Meaningful real-world work experience Exposure to senior leadership and strategic business activities and decisions Coaching and feedback from an assigned mentor Robust learning plan with internal opportunities through Campbell Countless networking opportunities A competitive advantage resulting from your practical experiences

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Graduate program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or other related fields graduating in May 2027
  • Some experience with programming languages such as Python and/or R
  • Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently
  • You’re a creative problem solver who loves using data to tell stories
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Inherently curious, ambitious and passionate for building engaging talent experiences
  • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
