The People Services and Benefits Coordinator I serves as the first point of contact for Team Members seeking support across Benefits, HR/People Services, Workday, and defined Total Rewards questions. This role provides timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance while delivering a seamless Team Member experience. The People Services and Benefits Coordinator I resolves routine questions independently and triages more specialized or complex needs to the appropriate subject matter experts or Team Member Services Specialists. This position plays a key role in providing consistent, high-quality service to all Team Members while contributing to the continued growth of the Team Member Services model, quality service to all Team Members while contributing to the continued growth of the Team Member Services model.
