About The Position

Cohere is seeking a People Project Manager to join their HR PMO. This role is crucial for delivering an ambitious portfolio of HR programs, products, and initiatives as the company scales globally. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
  • Ability to independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems for managing work.
  • Ability to create alignment and accountability without relying on authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, producing crisp plans, updates, and documentation.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap.
  • Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, and establish clear ownership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams.
  • Drive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Build repeatable workflows and tools to help HR execute at scale.
